Outdoors in the square and inside the event tent, in the late afternoon, there are many happy people.&nbsp; As an Event Host, you will help with: <ul><li>Informing curious people in the square and in the tent about what we are celebrating, where they can find face painting for children, the parade, a pop-up shop with green equipment.</li><li>Sales in the pop-up shop.</li><li>Supervise backstage while the artists perform in the parade.</li><li>Continuously keeping the event tent tidy and guiding the audience in returning cups and glasses correctly.</li></ul> BenefitsYou will become part of an existing team of super-engaged volunteers, looking forward to a helping hand. We provide a sandwich and water, coffee/tea, and a voucher for a free beer or Irish coffee at the bar. The parade guides help to lead the parade safely through the parade route approximately 40min. We start and finish at Rådhuspladsen.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;You meet for a briefing at 16.00 and receive an orange vest for visibility. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Then the guides will stand by help line up the parade next to the stage and duringthe parade all guides will help hold a cord alongside the parade and also agreen banner between audience participants and the parade band.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Finally parade guides assist in packing down parade guide vests, keyhangers , cord andparade flags and banners. Then you are welcome use your voucher at the bar foran Irish coffee or beer. We offer: Be part of friendly and super-engaged volunteer team at a internationalcultural event. A voucher for one drink from the bar. Complementary, water, teaand coffee. We ask:That you are alright outdoors in all kinds of weather. You can communicate well with colleagues and audience. &nbsp;”Everyone is Irish on St. Patrick’s Day!” This Irish cultural festival in Copenhagen is turning 20! It will be celebrated on Sunday, March 16th with lots of Irish folk music and dance in Rådhuspladsen. Take part in "&nbsp;the craic" the Irish version of Danish "hygge", and meet all the exciting groups who share an interest in Irish sports, language, beer, music, dance, and even wolfhounds. It all culminates in a big green parade. As a volunteer at the Copenhagen St. Patrick's Day Parade, you will be part of a positive and enthusiastic team helping to make the event a great experience for everyone.
