Danish Coffee Festival 2025

Danish Coffee Festival 2025

Danish Coffee Festival is Scandinavia's largest coffee festival, a three-day event where some of Denmark and Europe's (and a few from Africa and South America) best specialty cafés, coffee roasters, and exhibitors showcase their products to over 3-4000 engaged

coffee enthusiasts.

We are the largest annual coffee event in Denmark, and the festival brings together more than 3-4000 participants, 40+ exhibitors, and 50+ competitors each year, all united in their passion for coffee and coffee-related products and equipment. The festival attracts a diverse audience of all ages, genders, and nationalities, and our visitors come from all over the country and many places in Europe to experience everything the festival has to offer.

Each year, the festival also hosts the prestigious Danish Coffee Championship, which includes the Danish "Barista Championship," "Danish Brewers Cup," and "Cup Tasters Cup," organized by SCA Denmark.

For the festival, we need you, who are interested in helping with one of the following tasks:

  • Reception
  • Event ambassadors
  • Timing and competition preparation
  • Time and result compilation, competition preparation
  • Judge scoring/preparation

Details regarding shifts at the Danish Coffee Festival 2025

  • Upon arrival, please check in at the reception/Front of house and ask for one of the coordinators.

And as a thank you for your help, we offer the following:

  • A free ticket to the festival for all three days
  • A tote goodie bag with coffee, merchandise, and more
